- Food Handling and cooking activities of the central kitchens to comply with food safety Pre-Requiste Programs (PRPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Food Sample Retention. To ensure cooked food samples are properly collected, labelled and stored.
- Personal Hygiene & Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Cleaning & its chemicals.
- Pest Control.
- Equipment Maintenance and Calibration.
- Record Keeping. All records related to PRPs and CCPs are monitored and filled on a regular basis to meet the requirements of the food safety management system.
- Food Safety Training. To support any training program when required.
- Investigation Report. To assist in the investigation of any food incidents as well as drafting of the report to identify the root cause and its appropriate corrective actions.
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITE Certificate in Food Science, Chemistry or any related disciplines.
- Preferably with 1 year working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
- Positive attitude and learning mindset.
- Able to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to perform basic statistical collation.
Working hours: 5 days per week (including public holidays and weekends); rotating shift, 5am - 1pm / 11am - 7pm
Transport is claimable for 5am shift.
