Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Ensure all assigned jobs are carried out according to Quality Standards.
• To perform all repairs (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic etc)
• To perform all overhaul repair
• To perform all troubleshooting and diagnostics with appropriate recommendations.
• To provide guidance to other Technicians as and when required.
• To ensure Utilization, Efficiency and Productivity is achieved.
• To check and provide correct recommended Parts details in the Work Order as and when required.
• To carry out Service Maintenance on the trucks.
• To record repair time and detail of repair in the Work Order.
• To keep Team Leader updated on the repair details and repair requirements.
• Adhere to Warranty Process and Procedures (Warranty tagging of parts, return and storage of warranty parts etc)
• Ensure good housekeeping of work bay.
• Accountable for all tools and equipment handling and usage.
• Ethical compliance of genuine parts replacement and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works.
• Lead by example to ensure high level of Health & Safety performance within the area of responsibility.
• Adhere to company processes and policies.
• Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.
