We are looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant (flexi) to join our team to managee daily office tasks and supports team operations to keep a business running smoothly. 

Key benefits:

  • Enjoy flexible schedule, ability to plan your work shift around other commitments. Min 8h per week in office

Main Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings between managers and clients.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain paper and digital filing systems, update databases, and prepare routine reports. 
  • Client appreciation planning: Take part in ideation and planning to client appreciation events and gifts. Source for logistics required for the company
  • Client Relations & Reception: Respond to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries professionally.
  • Other Ad-hoc responsibilities.

Who we are looking for 

  • Prior admin experience would be considered, but not necessary
  • Residing in Singapore 
  • Diploma/A Levels and above (overseas degree welcome to apply)
