Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and attend the customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, FSSC, 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal)
- Conduct investigation for internal and external complaints
- Responsible to update and maintain all the SOP(s), quality and safety documentation and revelant forms and records
- Provide support to all Production sections towards documentation implementation and controls
- Assist in training production staffs
- Take charge in Pest Control management, submit Waste Management report
- Participate in implementation of new area processes and improvements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food and Bio Technology/Science/Engineering or equivalent as an advantages.
- Min 2 years exp in Food Manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Willing to work in Jurong area
