Executive Assistant / Associate Executive – Referral Centre
Salary: $2,800 – $3,600/month | AWS | Bonus | Staff Benefits
Join a dynamic healthcare environment where you will support patients, clients and internal departments by managing enquiries, referrals and administrative coordination.
Job Responsibilities
• Attend to and coordinate patient, client and internal department enquiries and requests through the Referral Centre.
• Ensure enquiries are handled promptly and appropriately in accordance with service standards.
• Liaise with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate patient referrals for outpatient appointments.
• Follow established protocols and procedures when coordinating referrals and appointments.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for the smooth operations of the Referral Centre.
• Participate in a rotational on-call duty, including holding the on-call phone and responding to enquiries or matters requiring attention during the assigned duty period.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of enquiries.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience; healthcare, customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and exercise initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable with technology.
• Comfortable with rotational on-call duties and holding the on-call phone when rostered.
