Quality Inspector (CNC Machining)
Location: Joo Koon, Singapore
Basic Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8 AM - 5.15PM
Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities
- Perform first article, in-process and final inspection of CNC-machined parts
- Inspect components according to engineering drawings, specifications and dimensional tolerances
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, thread gauge, pin gauge and dial indicator
- Identify dimensional discrepancies and machining defects
- Record inspection results and maintain proper documentation
- Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve inspection issues
Requirements
- Nitec & above in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant inspection/manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments
- CNC machining / GD&T / CMM experience will be an advantage
