This is a customer-facing sales role that combines relationship building, consultative selling, and service coordination. We are looking for someone who values integrity, is resilient in a performance-based environment, and is motivated by both purpose and results.
What you will do
- Develop new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable bereavement and pre-planning solutions.
- Manage enquiries and follow up promptly to convert prospects into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with families, clients, and referral partners.
- Work closely with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service delivery.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to strengthen brand presence and market reach in Singapore.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.
What we are looking for
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Strong learning attitude, self-discipline, and a willingness to put in the work needed to succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and respectfully.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin; local dialects will be an advantage.
- Comfortable travelling within Singapore.
- Open to working on some weekends and public holidays when required.
