Inventory & FEFO Management
- Stock Tracking: Maintain real-time inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using SAP and WMS.
- FEFO/FIFO Compliance: Enforce First Expired, First Out (FEFO) rules to stop stock from expiring or being written off.
- Stock Counts: Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly wall-to-wall physical audits. Find and fix any stock differences.
- Expiry Control: Track slow-moving stock (SLOB) and alert Sales/Demand Planning early about short-expiry goods for quick clearance.
- Replenishment: Set reorder points and safety stock levels to match seasonal peaks and supplier lead times.
Logistics & Transport Planning
- Inbound Delivery: Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to schedule arrivals. Keep warehouse docks moving without traffic jams.
- Outbound Routing: Map daily delivery schedules to hypermarkets, supermarkets, and distributors to maximize truck space.
- 3PL Allocation: Assign shipments to internal drivers or 3PL providers based on delivery windows, costs, and cooling needs (cold chain).
- Paperwork: Issue and check delivery documents, including DO, BL, and Customs Declarations.
- Cost Checks: Audit transport invoices and fuel surcharges against standard vendor rates before paying.
- KPI Reviews: Monitor transport partners on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance and delivery damage rates.
- Fixing Issues: Act as the first point of contact for late deliveries, breakdowns, or stock rejected at the bay.
- Teamwork: Work with Sales for urgent promos, and help Warehouse Operations arrange fast-moving stock layouts.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar.
- Experience: 2 years in inventory control and transport planning (FMCG, retail, or F&B preferred).
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivots, lookups, formulas). System experience with SAP and WMS/TMS software.
- Fast problem-solving skills under tight delivery windows. Clear communication skills with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
