Job Details:
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all office carpets, hard floors, and common walkways.
- Restroom Maintenance: Wash, sanitize, and scrub toilet bowls, sinks, mirrors, and floors; replenish hand soap and toilet paper.
- Pantry Upkeep: Wipe down countertops, tables, and sinks; clean appliances like microwaves or coffee machines; top up pantry supplies (coffee, tea, snacks).
- Waste Management: Empty all desk and common area trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of garbage properly.
- Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe desks, meeting room tables, glass panels, and high-touch areas like door handles and light switches.
- General Upkeep: Arrange chairs in meeting rooms, set up spaces for events or training sessions, and report facility defects or supply shortages.
Job Requirements:
- Chemical Safety: Knowledge of how to safely handle, dilute, and apply cleaning agents like bleach, disinfectants, and descalers.
- PPE Compliance: Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as rubber gloves, aprons, and masks.
- Sanitation Standards: Understanding of deep-cleaning protocols to properly disinfect high-touch surfaces like flush buttons, taps, and door handles.
- Stamina & Agility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and scrub surfaces for extended periods.
- Strength: Capability to lift and carry heavy buckets of water, mops, and bulk cleaning supplies (typically up to 10–15 kg).
- Strong Stomach: Resilience to handling unpleasant odors, waste disposal, and heavily soiled areas.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring mirrors, sinks, and floors are spotless and dry to prevent slipping hazards.
