The Opportunity:
- Our client, a Automation MNC company
- Location: AMK
- Salary: Up to $5000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am- 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage supplier quality performance, investigate quality issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure product and process quality standards are met.
- Coordinate supplier activities, including supplier audits, first article inspections (FAI), supplier qualification, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve supplier-related quality concerns and support contract manufacturing activities.
- Conduct risk assessments, analyze quality trends using problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram), and implement preventive measures to improve supplier quality and reliability.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related role within electronics, semiconductor, automation, precision engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical components, PCBAs, cable harnesses, sheet metal, machining, or related manufacturing processes.
