Patient Care & Treatment
· Perform Therapies: Administer professional TCM therapeutic treatments including Tui Na massage, cupping (guan fa), gua sha, moxibustion, and traditional bone-setting (zheng gu) based on individual client needs.
· Assess Conditions: Evaluate patient conditions through observation, questioning, and palpation of meridians or pain points to determine the appropriate manual therapy approach.
· Pain & Injury Management: Assist patients with chronic pain relief, sports injury recovery, and muscle stiffness by applying targeted meridian and pressure techniques.
· Educate Clients: Provide helpful lifestyle, posture, and dietary advice aligned with TCM principles to support long-term recovery and holistic well-being.
Clinic Operations & Administration
· Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment records, progress notes, and patient profiles in the clinic database.
· Safety & Hygiene: Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are impeccably clean, sanitized, and prepared according to health and safety standards.
· Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, address their inquiries professionally, and build trusting, long-term therapeutic relationships.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Education
· Certifications: Relevant certifications or diplomas in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tui Na, sports massage, or allied wellness therapies.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical or wellness therapy experience, with specific background in pain management or sports injuries highly preferred.
· Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to explain treatment plans clearly and comfort patients.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical, hands-on manual therapy for extended periods.
· Team Player: Capable of working independently as well as collaborating smoothly with resident TCM Physicians and clinic assistants.
