Senior Accounts Executive
Salary $2400- $3000
3-month fixed-term contract
Monday – Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) Flexible
Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems
Checking of suppliers invoices
Processing payment to suppliers
processing commission to sales person
Checking & processing Staff Claims
Prepare monthly sales report
Checking suppliers’ statement of account
Prepare payment online
Bank reconciliations
Manage full sets account, monthly financial statements.
Submission of GST, checking through CPF submission, as well as payroll preparation.
Manage account payable, receivable and general accounting.
Financial accounting qualifications and Minimum 5 years’ experience are a must.
Open-minded and independent individuals are preferred.
Can work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferably able to start work with short notice.
Able to speak English and mandarin
Software required Excel , Million and each.
Location Jurong east
