Assistant Manager (Multi‑Kiosk Concept)
Location: Cityhall
Glow Food is a fast‑casual dining chain dedicated to 100% plant‑based, nutrient‑dense meals. Operating within our innovative 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment, we champion wellness, sustainability, and efficiency.
We are seeking a high‑integrity Operations Manager with strong kiosk concept experience to lead operations, manage financial performance, and support event execution. This role is pivotal in driving Glow Food’s growth while ensuring excellence across all concepts.
Store Leadership: Oversee daily kiosk operations, ensuring smooth service flow and maximum efficiency.
Team Development: Lead Supervisors and kitchen crew, fostering accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
Quality & Safety: Uphold strict compliance with food quality, hygiene, and SOPs to maintain brand standards.
Financial Management: Review and manage P&L statements, conduct monthly budget forecasting, and implement cost‑control measures to achieve profitability targets.
Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee procurement, par stock levels, FIFO rotation, and wastage reduction.
Event Support: Assist management in planning and executing corporate and outdoor events, ensuring operational readiness and seamless delivery.
Guest Experience: Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure swift service recovery.
Sales Driving: Support marketing initiatives and actively promote Glow Food’s unique vegan menu items.
Cross‑Team Coordination: Align workflows across six kiosk kitchen teams for timely and quality food delivery.
HR & Admin Support: Oversee staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and internal communication.
Operational Readiness: Ensure proper opening/closing procedures, compliance, and store security.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of management experience in F&B, preferably kiosk‑based operations.
Strong leadership with high integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Proven track record in P&L management
