ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT)
📍 Location: 10 Minutes walk from MRT KAKI BUKIT
🕗 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
💰 Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,700 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor equipment, modules, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical documents
- Install mechanical components including frames, panels, brackets, covers, fixtures, and hardware parts
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, precision machinery, industrial equipment, automation systems, or system integration will be advantageous
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical work instructions.
