What you'll be doing
- Assess clients’ needs and admission requirements to support appropriate service planning and delivery
- Partner Business Development/Community Engagement to research on markets, competitors and competitive trends to keep up to date with best practices and identify business opportunities to grow the business
- Build and strengthen partnerships with medical institutions, healthcare professionals, government agencies, and community partners to enhance referral channels
- Oversee referral management, concierge services, and customer service processes to ensure a seamless experience for residents and their families
- Maintain accurate resident databases, develop communication materials, and manage feedback systems to uphold service quality and brand standards.
- Contribute to the development and review of policies, procedures, and marketing programmes to support effective operations
- Manage departmental budgets, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide guidance and coaching to Associates (Cares) and conduct customer service training for administrative staff
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer
What we're looking for
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Experience or prior exposure to the healthcare industry and knowledge of relevant regulations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
