Job Overview
We are seeking an elegant, proactive, and customer-focused Luxury Sales Advisor to represent our brand. In this role, you will deliver an elevated shopping experience, build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and drive boutique sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to boutique guests, offering expert styling and product advice to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Clientele Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active client portfolio, managing follow-ups, special requests, VIP previews, and after-sales care.
- Product Expertise: Act as a brand ambassador by mastering product knowledge, brand heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.
- Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable boutique presentation according to visual merchandising standards, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in stock counts.
- Transactions: Handle POS cashiering, tax refunds, order processing, and returns seamlessly.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium customer service, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Polished appearance, professional demeanor, and a strong passion for luxury fashion/lifestyle.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to cultivate repeat clientele and achieve sales goals.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
