What you'll be doing:
- Handle recruitment, interviews & onboarding
- Manage job postings, recruitment progress & employment documents
- Coordinate staff accommodation and dormitory matters
- Handle HR administration, benefits, claims & employee records
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals & contracts
- Support employee relations, disciplinary cases & exit interviews
- Organise orientation, training and staff activities
- Update HR policies, systems and procedures
*For applicants with substantial and relevant experience, may be considered for the Senior Executive Role.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human capital management and operations and applicants in the healthcare or services industry will have an advantage
- Knowledge of employment laws, and talent management principles
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using HR information systems and AI
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
