Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate precision parts in accordance with customer requirements, specifications, and engineering drawings.
Operate and maintain machining equipment to meet production schedules and output targets.
Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and delivery deadlines.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Maintain an organized and clean work area by following 5S practices daily.
Monitor and report production progress, equipment status, and any deviations to supervisors.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Precision Machining or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a precision manufacturing / machining environment.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical instructions, and specifications.
Knowledge of measurement instruments for verifying part dimensions.
Ability to work rotating shifts as required.
Strong teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
