Responsibilities
- Review and respond to public feedback and enquiries received via email, online platforms, and phone calls.
- Oversee and guide service vendors in handling routine feedback cases and review draft responses before they are sent.
- Manage more complex feedback and enquiry cases, ensuring issues are properly assessed and addressed.
- Provide timely interim updates to members of the public while cases are being reviewed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external government agencies to investigate and resolve public concerns.
- Track and monitor case progress to ensure timely closure in line with service standards.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and case documentation.
- Analyse feedback trends and recurring issues to support service improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of regular management reports and service performance reports.
