The Job
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities
- Present products with strong storytelling, highlighting craftsmanship and heritage
- Handle sales transactions, after-sales service, and client inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
The Talent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)
- Proven sales ability with a results-driven mindset
- Familiar with CRM tools and boutique operations is an advantage
