Financial & Accounting Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and on schedule.
Issue customer invoices, perform credit control, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Reporting & Compliance
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management accounts, and variance analysis reports.
Support preparation and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and statutory tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
Maintain organized filing systems for audit, tax, and corporate secretarial documentation.
Assist internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
Cash Flow & Operations
Monitor daily cash balance and assist with cash flow forecasting and budget tracking.
Collaborate with project/operations teams to resolve billing disputes or financial discrepancies.
Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in accounting software_ QuickBooks
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Sound knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and GST framework.
Soft Skills:
Strong numerical analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle confidential data responsibly.
