Job Description
- Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care
- Attend to queries from call-in patients
- Manage and fill up appointment schedules
- Payment collection from patients
- Follow up care-calls to patients before and after procedures
- Submit claims and keep proper records (eg. Insurance claims)
- Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Other clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"N"/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- People-oriented, positive disposition, cheerful
- Good team player who is patient, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable)
- 5-day work week- Able to work evenings until 9pm (Shift work during clinic operating hours)
- IT literate- Required language(s): English, Chinese
