Chello is opening its first store in Orchard, and we’re building the team who will welcome our customers there.
Chello creates refined clothing for women who want to feel confident and at ease in what they wear. As a Retail Associate, you’ll help customers discover pieces that suit their lives, offer thoughtful styling advice, and make every visit feel personal. You’ll also help shape the experience of our first physical store from the beginning.
What you’ll do
Get to know customers and recommend pieces based on their style, fit, and occasion
Help customers put together outfits and explore ways to wear each piece
Make fitting room visits comfortable, attentive, and enjoyable
Process purchases accurately and answer product questions with confidence
Keep the store, displays, and fitting rooms inviting throughout the day
Replenish stock, support stock counts, and work with the team toward store goals
You’ll fit in well if you
Enjoy fashion and genuinely like helping people
Communicate warmly and pay attention to the details that matter to customers
Take initiative and work well with a team
Are comfortable with a retail schedule that includes weekends, public holidays, and opening or closing shifts
Retail experience is welcome, but we’re just as interested in your attitude and willingness to learn.
Location: Orchard, Singapore
As one of Chello’s first retail team members, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the store experience and grow with us. Compensation and applicable incentives will be shared during the hiring process.
