Job Description
Financial Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Cost Management: Monitor company expenses and provide recommendations for efficiency.
Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure financial practices comply with accounting standards and regulations; support internal and external audits.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections.
Financial Analysis: Provide insights and reports to support management decision-making.
📋 Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional Certification (preferred):
ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.
Experience:
Typically 2–5 years in accounting or finance roles.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Integrity and professional ethics.
