- Proper table setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu.
- Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments.
Customer Service and F&B Service
- Usher customer to their table.
- Present menus to customers，inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Cashiering and Closing Duties
- Perform cashiering at times.
- Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping.
- Dishwashing when required.
Other Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
