Spring Technician
$2,200 – $3,200
Pioneer
Monday – Thursday 7am – 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate precision spring machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Program and operate spring machines, including Itaya machines.
- Perform machine inspection, material changes and production setup checks.
- Liaise with QA for setup qualification and work-in-progress inspection.
- Monitor production output, machine utilization, rejects and production records.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, including resolving arbor/cutter burr issues.
- Handle material requisition, scanning, recording, return and production order closure.
- Follow production specifications, customer requirements and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience operating precision spring machines, preferably Itaya machines.
- Knowledge of spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
