Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce banking products/services
- Identify clients’ banking needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and application requirements
- Build rapport with clients and handle enquiries or objections professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Achieve sales and call performance targets while ensuring compliance with internal processes
