Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation and day-to-day management of digital Facilities Management (FM) systems and applications.
2. Work closely with the Facilities Management and IT teams to ensure systems run smoothly and support daily operations.
3. Monitor system activities and follow up on any system or data issues to ensure timely resolution.
4. Coordinate training and provide support to ground staff when new systems, applications or digital services are introduced.
5. Manage the transfer and sharing of data between different FM systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
6. Check the accuracy and completeness of system records, including work orders, job tickets, procurement and asset information.
7. Maintain digital records and FM documentation, including floorplans, Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM), assets and space information.
8. Monitor work requests and ensure they are properly assigned, tracked and updated until completion.
9. Track work progress, equipment breakdowns and important updates through digital platforms, and coordinate follow-up actions where required.
10. Monitor system performance and work with relevant teams to minimise disruption caused by system issues.
11. Provide support and advice on digital and cloud-based solutions, such as Microsoft Azure or other similar platforms.
12. Identify opportunities to improve FM operations through technology and digital solutions.
13. Coordinate meetings with the relevant FM and digital teams to discuss system updates, improvements and new technology.G9
14. Support the team in meeting relevant IT, government and system compliance requirements.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in FM
2. Min. 2 years experience
