Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning and proper storage.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas.
- Comply with company policies and applicable food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
Work closely with chefs, service crew, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is preferred
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good teamwork, responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy lunch and dinner periods.
