Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach property agents, landlords and co-living operators.
- Generate new leads through online research, social media, calls, referrals and networking.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential partners across Singapore.
- Introduce PropertyCoco’s services and encourage partners to list their properties on the platform.
- Follow up consistently and guide new partners through registration and listing submission.
- Build relationships with existing partners and encourage repeat listings and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure listings are complete and accurate.
- Maintain prospect records in our CRM and meet agreed targets for new partners, active listings and sales.
Requirements
- A strong drive to find new partners and grow the business.
- Confidence in approaching new contacts, making calls and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with consistent follow-through.
- A proactive, resourceful approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore for partner meetings and networking.
- Working proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking agents and landlords.
- Experience in sales, business development or the property industry is an advantage.
