Logistics Customer Service Officer (Contract to Perm) – Up to $2,400 | 5 Days | Jurong
📍 Location: Jurong (Penjuru Lane)
🚍 Transport Provided: From Lakeside MRT
🕒 Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtimes May requires )
💰 Salary: Up to $2,000 - $2,500
📄 Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Customer Service Support
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely submission of reports according to customer schedules.
- Maintain close communication with customers to resolve order and shipment-related issues.
🔹 Cycle Count
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
🔹 Other Responsibilities
- Manage inventory within the customer’s WMS system.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing with all necessary supporting documents.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of customer documents.
- Track and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
✅ Singaporeans only.
✅ Prefer candidates with experiences in Logistics or relevant skills.
✅ Proficiency in product and system knowledge.
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
