Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support ZEN’YU’s customer service, order processing and ecommerce operations. This role suits someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable coordinating customer enquiries, orders and sales support across retail, online and business channels.
ZEN’YU is an authorised distributor of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from the US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. The company distributes through retail pharmacy chains, department stores, medical and sports resellers, its ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU store at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar, its online store at www.360activ.com, and marketplaces including RedMart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online and Amazon.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with customers on orders.
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone and social media channels.
- Escalate serious complaints or issues when required.
- Handle invoicing, purchase orders, delivery orders, purchasing and receiving.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Work closely with ecommerce teams to support online order fulfilment.
- Provide additional customer service support as a team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Organised, responsive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
