Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Tools & Equipment Distribution / Wholesale Trade
Position Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction & Industrial Tools)
Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (field-based with regular site travel across Singapore)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + Annual Bonus + Transport/Mileage Allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction accounts through site visits and customer follow-up.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
Coordinate orders, stock and deliveries with internal teams.
Follow up on payments and maintain good customer relationships.
Keep updated on site safety and PPE requirements.
Report sales pipeline and account updates.
Perform other duties as assigned

At least 3 years of B2B outdoor or field sales experience, preferably in construction or industrial products.
Comfortable with regular site visits and following safety requirements.
Valid Class 3 driving license; own vehicle is an advantage.
Good relationship-building, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Diploma or above, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
