Job Description

- Position Title: Assistant Preschool Teacher
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, and daily routines.
- Support children’s learning through play and inquiry-based activities.
- Supervise children’s safety and well-being during daily activities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
- Observe children’s progress and provide updates when required.
- Build professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support school events, field trips, and activities.
- Follow preschool policies and ECDA requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Minimum ACEY or higher Early Childhood Education qualification.
- Preschool or childcare experience is an advantage.
- Interested in supporting children’s learning and development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, professional, and able to work well in a team.
- First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
