Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Building Construction
- Position Title: Site Supervisor
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily equipment installation works and guide installation teams.
- Perform hands-on installation, including positioning, alignment, levelling, and assembly.
- Read engineering drawings and ensure work meets project and quality requirements.
- Monitor progress, manpower, tools, materials, and resolve site issues with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with WSH and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.

- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related field.
- Relevant experience in construction, mechanical, equipment, or industrial installation is an advantage.
- Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring tools.
- Knowledge of mechanical installation, lifting, and material handling.
- Relevant WSH, Work at Height, lifting, or rigging certifications are an advantage.
