Storeman / Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Storeman / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order picking and packing, goods receiving, and supporting our delivery and ecommerce fulfilment activities.
Job Description
- Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.
- Verify quantities, product codes, batch numbers and expiry dates.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for customers and ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada and other sales channels.
- Prepare goods for delivery, self-collection and courier collection.
- Assist with loading/unloading cartons and pallets.
- Handle returned, damaged, expired or incorrect goods.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements
- assist with stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safely organized.
- Assist with stock transfers, promotional items, samples and campaign materials.
- Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Warehouse/storeman experience preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and goods.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer/Excel skills a plus.
- Ecommerce fulfilment experience is an advantage.
- Able to operate a pallet jack and semi-electric stacker.
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not required.
- Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.
