Responsibilities :
- Provide safe and timely transportation for company staff, management, and/or clients.
- Drive company vehicles to various locations for meetings, appointments, site visits, and business errands.
- Perform collection and delivery of documents, goods, equipment, and other company items when required.
- Plan routes and ensure timely arrival while following traffic and road safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks, including fuel, tyres, lights, fluids, and other safety items.
- Send the vehicle for servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repairs as required.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, servicing, and fuel.
- Carry out other ad-hoc driving and company duties assigned by the supervisor.
