Key Responsibilities:
Patient Service & Registration
- Register patients and update their personal details accurately in the system.
- Handle patient appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Check patients' eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance schemes.
- Attend to enquiries from patients and visitors through the counter, phone, or online channels.
- Guide patients on clinic procedures, waiting times, and the next steps of their visit.
Billing & Payment Support
- Prepare bills and explain payment options, subsidies, and insurance claims to patients.
- Process payments and assist with basic billing enquiries or discrepancies.
- Refer complex billing matters to the relevant finance team when necessary.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital system.
- Manage queues and support smooth patient flow across different service areas.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to support daily clinic or hospital operations.
- Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Counter & Front Desk Operations
- Attend to patient and visitor enquiries at the counter, phone, or via digital channels
- Guide patients on clinic processes, waiting times, and next steps
- Manage queue systems and ensure smooth patient flow across service areas
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
