DRIVER CUM ADMIN
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, reliable and hardworking Driver Cum Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving duties, collections, deliveries and assisting with general administrative and office duties.
Job Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Carry out collection and delivery duties as assigned.
Assist with shifting, sending and other company assignments.
Transport documents, goods and equipment when required.
Perform basic administrative and office duties.
Assist with printing, photocopying, filing and document preparation.
Maintain proper records for collections, deliveries and assignments.
Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.
Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
Ensure company documents and items are handled safely and responsibly.
Follow company rules, procedures and safety requirements.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Singapore Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence.
Driving or delivery experience preferred.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Responsible, punctual and reliable.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to perform both driving and administrative duties.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Working Arrangement
Full-time position
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Half-day
Sunday: Weekly Rest Day
Flexible meal break arrangement
Overtime may be required after normal working hours, subject to applicable employment regulations.
Salary: $1,800 – $2,200 per month
CPF contributions applicable for eligible employees
