IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – LEVEL 2 | 3 VACANCIES
Monthly basic salary: $3,500–$3,800

We are hiring 3 Level 2 Support Engineers with hands-on technical experience and a service-focused approach.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Investigate and resolve IT incidents escalated from Level 1
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file/print services
• Handle Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration as assigned
• Troubleshoot network and VPN issues and carry out approved firewall changes
• Support VMware/Hyper-V environments, backups and recovery checks
• Assist with server patching and security-alert investigation
• Document fixes, coordinate with vendors and provide clear handovers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Around 3–6 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience, including hands-on administration
• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Practical systems and infrastructure troubleshooting skills beyond routine desktop support
• Familiarity with virtualisation, backup/recovery and safe change procedures
• Clear communication, accurate documentation and good follow-through
• Cloud, scripting or MSP support experience is an advantage
You should be able to explain technical issues you have personally resolved, the steps taken and the outcome.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Onsite or remote support depends on customer deployment. An after-office support roster may apply.
