Operations Assistant – Weekends & Public Holidays

Job Type: Part-time / Weekend Operations
CozyPlace is movie lounge . We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to help with the daily running of our outlet.
Working Hours & Pay
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 11:30 PM
- Monthly pay: $1,300, based on 8 weekend working days
- If there are more than 8 weekend days in the month, pay will be adjusted accordingly
- Public Holiday shift: $240 per full shift
- You must be able to work every weekend and public holiday
What You Will Do
- Welcome and check in customers
- Prepare rooms before each booking
- Check that TVs, speakers and room equipment are working
- Keep rooms and common areas clean and presentable
- Monitor booking timings
- Assist customers with simple enquiries
- Make sure customers follow house rules
- Report any damage or maintenance issues
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Assist with other basic outlet operations when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable speaking to customers
- Able to work independently
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Customer service or operations experience is a bonus, but not required
