D Aurelius Group represents established brands through customer engagement campaigns. In this role, you will learn how to open conversations with potential customers, understand whether there is real interest and explain an assigned offer clearly based on their requirements.
This is a practical sales role for someone who wants to become more confident with people. You will not wait for every customer to approach you first. You will learn how to create the first moment of attention respectfully and professionally.
No prior sales experience is required. What matters is whether you are willing to practise, take feedback and improve how you speak to different people.
What you will be doing:
- Explain assigned campaign information accurately
- Start conversations in a clear and professional way
- Review your conversations and improve with guidance
- Ask simple questions to understand interest and suitability
- Approach potential customers in assigned campaign locations
What you will build:
- Confidence approaching new people
- A foundation in sales communication
- Practical customer engagement experience
- Expanding your network of business owners
- Experience on how to handle and turn over any rejections
- A skillset on capturing attention and qualifying customers quickly
