Must be able to speak both English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
Salary: $2,200
Mon to Fri: 8.15am to 5.15pm
Saturday: No regular Saturday work. Saturday half-day may be required occasionally, approximately 1–3 times per year, and will be paid as OT.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the team in the daily operational routine
Issue and handle invoices, billing, data entry, filing and documentation
Sort and reply to emails and answer phone calls
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Ability to work independently
Job Requirements:
Be punctual or early for work.
Be keen to learn any assignments
At least O Level or above
Independent and fast learner
Must be Able to speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors in handling invoices)
Initiative to adapt to changes and be self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge is required
Willing to work occasional Saturday half-days (approximately 1–3 times per year)
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
