💰 Job Highlights
- $14 per hour
- Part-time / Contract for Service
- Commitment: 3 days per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling based on Manager's arrangement
- Office-based role at Tuas South
- Exposure to HR operations, payroll, work passes & employee engagement
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee information.
- Support payroll processing and HRMS administration.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist the HR Manager with daily HR and office administration.
- Support company events and employee engagement activities.
- Handle ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.
✅ Requirements
- Prior experience in HR support, HR administration or a related role.
- Familiarity with Infotech HRMS, including payroll and leave modules, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
- Experience with work pass application processes.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Strong administrative, organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
