Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up closely with contractors, vendors, and mall management on all on-site works to ensure smooth and timely completion.
- Be actively involved on-site to monitor daily work progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure works are carried out according to schedule.
- Conduct regular site checks and inspections, highlighting any defects, delays, or operational concerns, and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure workmanship quality, safety practices, and compliance during renovation, repair, and maintenance works.
- Work closely with outlet Operations teams to identify repair, reinstatement, and maintenance requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide hands-on support in coordinating day-to-day repair and maintenance works across outlets.
- Track project timelines, costs, and work completion status to ensure all works are delivered within approved budget and timeline.
- Attend site meetings, prepare progress updates, and keep stakeholders informed on work status, challenges, and action plans.
- Support sourcing, comparison, and appointment of contractors/vendors, including follow-up on quotations and service scope.
- Assist and support outlet-related project works, emergency rectifications, and maintenance matters when required.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in project coordination, renovation, or maintenance works (F&B / restaurant environment preferred).
- Practical knowledge in renovation works, M&E, basic construction, repair and maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Comfortable working on-site and travelling between outlets when required.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to respond quickly to operational issues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site matters concurrently.
