Admin Executive, Up to $3,500 (West)
Location: Pandan Crescent (Nearest MRT Station - Haw Par Villa)
5 Days Work Week/ 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative and office support operations
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding administration
- Handle work pass applications and related documentation
- Maintain staff attendance records, training records, and orientation coordination
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, reception duties, and guest visits
- Coordinate meetings, internal events, and company communications
- Arrange travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications when required
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting processes are maintained
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with 2 years of administrative experience
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR administration or work pass processing will be an advantage
