Boutique Supervisor
We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Boutique Supervisor to lead daily shift operations, support the service crew, and deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee smooth daily boutique operations and SOP compliance
- Manage cleanliness, inventory, stock and deliveries
- Ensure accurate cashiering, timesheets and shift reports
- Support rostering, manpower planning and cost control
- Assist with off-site events and operational improvements
Team Leadership
- Lead, train and guide the service crew
- Support onboarding and performance management
- Maintain positive team morale, discipline and professionalism
Customer Service
- Deliver warm and proactive customer service
- Prepare and serve gelato according to company standards
- Maintain boutique presentation and ambience
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Sales
- Support boutique sales targets
- Share customer and operational feedback to improve sales and service
Facilities & Compliance
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Coordinate basic equipment and premises maintenance when required

Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
