Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
  • Replenish room amenities, linen, and supplies.
  • Ensure guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
  • Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, lost & found items, and safety concerns.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy and security.
  • Support room readiness, inventory checks, deep cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
  • Follow hotel policies, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
  • No experience required; housekeeping experience is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
