Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business needs.
- Coordinate project activities across the solution lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Gather, document, and track business requirements, enhancement requests, and support issues.
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and technical teams to facilitate solution implementation and issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), application support, and user onboarding activities.
- Support operational and reporting activities related to digital transformation and analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Management, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience supporting digital applications, dashboards, reporting tools, or technology projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in application support, user support, UAT, or system enhancement coordination is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data management, databases, SQL, or Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting business applications, analytics solutions, or reporting platforms is an added advantage.
