Smöoy is the #1 Frozen yogurt and low fat ice cream from Spain! We are hiring now and looking for our new team member and brand ambassador!
We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and customer-oriented Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily opening and closing of the store and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare machines, equipment, counters and store before opening.
- Prepare and serve food & beverages according to company standards.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, presentation and portion control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service and handle customer feedback.
- Conduct regular audits on store operations, products and customer experience.
- Manage stock taking, inventory and incoming deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or product issues.
- Handle cashiering duties, small change and daily cash banking.
- Maintain daily sales records and assist with P&L tracking.
- Implement promotions, new products and marketing initiatives.
- Train, guide and supervise staff to maintain service and operational standards.
- Prepare staff paperwork and monthly staff schedules.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- F&B, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Supervisory/team-leading experience is an advantage.
- Positive, responsible and service-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a team.
- Organised and comfortable handling cash, stock and daily operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
